User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your KREENCH account and the personal data associated with it. If deletion is completed, you may lose access to your practice history, performance summaries, subscriptions, and saved account settings.

What deletion covers

  • Your account profile, including name, email, phone number, and account-linked learning history, will be scheduled for deletion or anonymization.
  • Access to protected areas of the platform may end immediately once deletion is completed.
  • Some records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, or compliance with law.
  • If automated deletion is not enabled in a given environment, you can still request deletion by emailing business@kreench.com from the email address attached to your account.
