By accessing or using KREENCH, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced in the app, including the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

KREENCH provides educational tools, practice questions, performance summaries, and subscription features intended to help learners prepare for exams. The service is for study support and does not guarantee exam results, admission outcomes, or certification success.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform from time to time to maintain quality, security, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes.

You must not share access credentials, impersonate another person, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform in a way that interferes with normal operation.

You may use the platform only for lawful, personal, educational, or otherwise authorized purposes. You must not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the content or software beyond the rights expressly granted to you.

You must not upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, manipulate results, or use the service to violate the rights of KREENCH, other users, or third parties.

Paid plans may unlock additional questions, features, or usage allowances. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and plan limits shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription access may change if a payment fails, expires, is refunded, or is reversed. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy rules to billing transactions.

The platform, its software, branding, design, and curated educational materials are owned by or licensed to KREENCH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where law permits or we expressly authorize it, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the platform or its content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, misused the service, or if continued access would expose us or other users to harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. If your account supports automated deletion in your environment, you may also request deletion through the User Data Deletion page.

The service is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or guaranteed educational outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KREENCH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
